And at the same time I’m terrified, because the very AI progress that could have saved her may ultimately be the end of us all.

Are we rushing? In order to get what we want as soon as possible. Meanwhile, humanity has seen a huge development within just ~ 4 generations, but with the cost of millions human lives (wars, conflicts).

Will I’m still alive to get the treatment that can let me live up to 200 years?

I have written Try not to AI, stating that I will reduce the usage of AI in my daily life. But deep inside, I know that if I am not moving along with it, at some point, my capabilities to understand will be outdated.
